Ton concentrates on giving advice and litigating in the areas of intellectual property law and unlawful competition, pharmaceutical law and commodities law. As speaker at seminars and publisher of articles in his area of expertise, Ton contributes wholeheartedly to the development and (practical) application of pharmaceutical and intellectual property law. Ton regularly gives lectures and produces publications on developments in these legal areas. He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG), the Benelux Association of Trademarks and Design Practitioners (BMM) and the Dutch Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). Ton is editor of the Dutch Journal for Pharmaceutical law (Journaal Farmarecht) and he was a board member of the Dutch Pharmaceutical Law Association (Vereniging Farmacie en Recht) until 2007. He graduated cum laude from Nijmegen University in 1994. From 1995 to 2001 he worked for NautaDutilh.
