Daniëlle Radder


Daniëlle Radder specializes in Anti-Trust laws and public procurement law, with a specific focus on healthcare and life sciences. Daniëlle represents national and international companies and provides them with advice on shaping co-operative structures, distribution relationships, compliance programmes, joint (healthcare) procurement and the structuring of joint ventures. Moreover, Danielle provides advice and assistance regarding various procedures at the Netherlands Healthcare Authority (NZa) and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). Within the healthcare domain Daniëlle also actively deals with the decentralisation of government tasks in the field of healthcare for the elderly and chronically ill and youth care (the so-called 'sociaal domein'). In these areas she has assisted both private parties and public authorities with procurement and competition law issues.

Daniëlle is a member of the Dutch Procurement Law and Health Law Associations. She publishes articles regularly and is an editor of Gezondheidsrecht (GZR) Updates (a Dutch journal on health law developments) and JGR (a Dutch journal on case-law in the area of medicinal products legislation). She also gives lectures on procurement law, Anti-Trust laws and the social domain on a regular basis.

Daniëlle studied Corporate Law (cum laude) and European Law at Leiden University and has also studied at University LOUISS in Rome. Daniëlle had worked at AKD since 2010 and joined Leijnse Artz in May 2016.
